HOW LONG IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE DAYTOX PRODUCTS?
A small sign in the form of an open jar indicating the months (3, 6 or 12M) tells you how long your DAYTOX product will keep after opening.
IS DAYTOX SUITABLE FOR EVERY SKIN TYPE?
Yes, there are suitable DAYTOX products for every skin type. On our homepage these are assigned to the respective skin type. Also, there are corresponding suitable Value Sets.
WHICH DAYTOX PRODUCTS ARE THE RIGHT ONES FOR ME?
All DAYTOX products are explained in detail on the product pages and their ingredients are listed. In the shop there are various categories where you can find the right care products for you.
DO THE DAYTOX PRODUCTS CONTAIN SILICONES?
No silicones are used in the manufacture of all DAYTOX products.
IS THE PACKAGING ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?
Our packaging is completely recyclable.
WHERE ARE THE DAYTOX PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
DAYTOX is produced almost 100% in Germany. We source our packaging within Europe. We attach great importance to quality and sustainability. The only product which is sourced from Asia is our vitamin C sheet mask. Unfortunately, we could not find a suitable bottler for this product format in Europe.
DOES DAYTOX ONLY USE NATURAL, VEGAN INGREDIENTS?
DAYTOX uses natural, sustainable and organic ingredients in its production. All products are vegan certified and listed by both the Vegan Society UK and PETA.
DO THE DAYTOX PRODUCTS CONTAIN ALCOHOL?
In general, DAYTOX products do not contain alcohol. A few care products contain so-called good alcohol, which is necessary for valuable plant substances to be effective.
WHAT KIND OF OILS ARE USED IN THE PRODUCTION PROCESS?
DAYTOX uses natural vegetable oils such as macadamia or amaranth oil. For the manufacture of the care products DAYTOX uses raw materials based on sunflower oil, rapes oil or olive oil. When required for production, only certified palm oil is used, which is obtained by the respective farmers in a sustainable palm plantation. Their families subsist on the production.
WHY DO WE ACTUALLY NEED ANTIOXIDANTS IN SKIN CARE?
Every day, the skin is exposed to hundreds of harmful environmental influences. Particulate matter, exhaust fumes and toxins attack the skin, swiftly leaving it tired and sallow in appearance. But an unhealthy lifestyle with too much stress, nicotine and alcohol can also lead to an increased concentration of free radicals and consequently to oxidative stress for the skin. DAYTOX works against this: With its unique formulations containing antioxidant active ingredients and valuable vitamins and oils, it helps the skin to regain its balance. Your skin will glow and feel healthy.
ARE ALL DAYTOX PRODUCTS VEGAN?
A sustainable and conscious lifestyle is important to us: all DAYTOX products are exclusively vegan and are listed by the Vegan Society UK as well as PETA.
ARE DAYTOX PRODUCTS VEGAN CERTIFIED?
DAYTOX is a certified vegan cosmetic brand.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Standard delivery takes 2-3 days. In countries outside of Germany delivery takes up to 5 days. You can find all information about delivery times here.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs and VAT depend on your place of residence. For order values up to €29 shipping within Germany is free of charge. If it is less, shipping within Germany costs €4,90.
In all other countries the shipping costs are generally €8.50.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you choose PayPal or credit card as payment method, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. In this e-mail you will find your order, your order number and your billing and delivery address. If you pay in advance, you will first receive an e-mail with our bank details so that you can make the transfer. As soon as we have received the payment, your order will be prepared for shipping. In our shipping confirmation e-mail, you will receive the shipping code and a link that allows you to track the delivery of your products in real time.
WHAT CAN I DO IF THE TRACKING SHOWS THAT MY PARCEL WAS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT?
You were probably not at home to receive your parcel at the time of delivery. If this is the case, please check if the delivery person left delivery information in your mailbox or if your parcel was dropped off at one of your neighbours. If your parcel cannot be found, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW CAN I CONTACT DAYTOX?

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER?
Unused DAYTOX products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days. In the shipping confirmation mail you will find the link for the return. Print out the return label and stick it on the shipping box. The return is free of charge for you. For the refund we use the same payment method that was used for the purchase transaction.
I HAVE RECEIVED DAMAGED GOODS, WHAT CAN I DO?
We very much regret that damaged goods were delivered to you. It is possible that the packages were damaged by the shipping company during transit. Please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure you attach a photo of the damaged products. Our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
It is important to us that the payment process is effortless for you.
Our payment options are PayPal, credit card (Mastercard, American Express and Visa), prepayment and Klarna. With Klarna you can choose between purchase on account or immediate payment.
HOW DO I CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?
Click on the symbol button with the name "My Daytox" in the upper right corner of our homepage to create your personal customer account and choose a password. The password is confidential, and you can log in at any time, e.g. if you want to order something again. If you are already registered, you can log in here in the same way.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF HAVING AN ACCOUNT WITH DAYTOX?
If you are registered at DAYTOX, all necessary order data is already saved in your account. That means your checkout process is much faster. Furthermore, you can save several shipping addresses and always have an overview of your orders and their shipping details.
HOW DO I REDEEM A DISCOUNT CODE?
Select your products and put them in the shopping cart. Now you will see your order as well as a field on the right below where you can enter your discount code. If you now click on "Apply", the total amount will be reduced by the corresponding amount.

1. Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must notify us (L.A.B. COSMETICS GmbH &. Co KG, Friesenweg 4, Haus 14, 22763 Hamburg, telephone: +49-40-386 29 100, fax: +49-40-386 29 109, e-mail: email@example.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the sample revocation form below for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
2. Consequences of revocation
If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery to the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earliest.
You must return the goods to L.A.B. COSMETICS GmbH &. Co KG, Friesenweg 4, Haus 14, 22763 Hamburg, Germany. The time limit shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period.
We shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to any handling of the goods which is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functioning.
