Shipping and delivery information
We ship all orders with the shipping service DHL.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Your order will be shipped to you immediately after conclusion of contract and availability of the product.
The availability of the products is clearly indicated on each product detail page and in the shopping cart.
For payments via PayPal and credit card orders will be shipped the same day, if you were given before 14:30 clock.
Shipment tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by e-mail as soon as your order has left our warehouse. Please note that shipment tracking is usually only available from 6pm on the shipping day.

Orders from Switzerland
For orders from Switzerland we work together with our partner MeinEinkauf. This is how it works: First register at MeinEinkauf.ch. Then you will receive an individual e-mail address with the ending @MeinEinkauf.ch. With this e-mail address you then complete your purchase in our online store. The delivery address is the delivery address of MeinEinkauf in Konstanz. Accordingly, you will only incur the delivery costs for German delivery addresses.
