We ship all orders with the shipping service provider DHL.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Your order will be shipped to you immediately after conclusion of contract and availability of the product.
The availability of the products is clearly indicated on each product detail page and in the shopping cart.
Shipment tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by e-mail as soon as your order has left our warehouse. Please note that shipment tracking is usually only available from 6pm on the shipping day.

For orders from Switzerland we work together with the partner MeinEinkauf.ch.
This is how it works: First, register at MeinEinkauf.ch. You will then be assigned an individual email address with the ending @MeinEinkauf.ch. You can then use this email address to complete your purchase in our online shop. The delivery address is the delivery address of MeinEinkauf in Constance. Accordingly, you only incur the delivery costs for German delivery addresses. The costs for further processing via MeinEinkauf can be found in the price table of MeinEinkauf.
