If you are not satisfied with our products, you have the option to return opened products to us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we will not pay for the delivery costs of your return. In order to ensure quick processing, please send us an e-mail in advance to service@daytox.de with your name, your order number, the products you would like to return and the reason for the return. As soon as we have received your return, we will refund the (full) amount. The refund will be made via the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please keep hold of your shipping information until this process is complete.
