Lather up with a little water in the morning and evening and apply to damp face. Rinse thoroughly.
Use as a face mask: Leave on the skin for 5 minutes, then rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Lavaerde is also known as ghassoul or rhassoul clay and is particularly popular because of its gentle cleansing and sebum-reducing effect. However, this active ingredient has nothing to do with volcanoes - the word is derived from the Latin word "lavare" (to wash).
