Shipping costs and delivery times
Your order will be shipped to you immediately after the contract has been concluded and the product is available.
The availability of products is clearly indicated on each product detail page and in the shopping cart.
Shipment tracking : You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that tracking is usually only available from 6:00 PM on the day of shipment.

For orders from Switzerland we work together with the partner MeinEinkauf.ch.
This is how it works: First, register at MeinEinkauf.ch. You will then be assigned an individual email address with the ending @MeinEinkauf.ch. You can then use this email address to complete your purchase in our online shop. The delivery address is the delivery address of MeinEinkauf in Constance. Accordingly, you only incur the delivery costs for German delivery addresses. The costs for further processing via MeinEinkauf can be found in the price table of MeinEinkauf.
