SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Your order will be shipped to you immediately after conclusion of the contract and availability of the product.

Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track your order by email as soon as your order has left our warehouse. Please note that tracking is usually only available from 6 p.m. on the day of dispatch.

For orders from Switzerland, we work with our partner MeinEinkauf.ch.
How it works: First, register with MeinEinkauf.ch. You will then be assigned an individual email address ending in @MeinEinkauf.ch. You can then use this email address to complete your purchase in our online shop. The delivery address is the delivery address of MeinEinkauf in Konstanz. This means that you will only be charged the delivery costs for German delivery addresses. The costs for further processing via MeinEinkauf can be found in the MeinEinkauf price table.
