You can perform the face yoga exercises on dry skin or alternatively, use our DAYTOX Face Oil. This rich oil makes the massage particularly pleasant and relaxing. At the same time, your skin is nourished and silky soft thanks to argan oil, almond oil, and meadowfoam oil.
Face Yoga Exercise 1: The Forehead Roller

The forehead is often a bit tense, even if we don't consciously notice it. This exercise gently loosens the muscles. A gentle massage on the temples is also very soothing.
1. Form a fist with both hands. Place the knuckles of your middle and index fingers in the center of your forehead and apply light pressure.
2. Slowly stroke your temples from the center outwards with both fists.
3. Repeat four times.
Face Yoga Exercise 2: The Facelift

This anti-aging exercise stretches the muscles and skin, stimulates circulation, and relaxes facial expressions. Relaxing the jaw is particularly beneficial, as this muscle is prone to tenseness in many people.
1. Place both palms on your temples.
2. Push your hands up and back, forming your mouth into an “O.”
3. Relax your jaw to stretch your face as much as possible.
4. Hold for 5 seconds. Repeat twice.
Face Yoga Exercise 3: The Puffer Fish

This exercise promotes blood circulation in the cheek area and is considered a great exercise for smoothing the nasolabial fold.
1. Fill one side of the cheek with as much air as possible, hold for 5 seconds.
2. Inflate the other side and hold for 5 seconds.
3. Repeat the process five times.
Face Yoga Exercise 4: Lymphatic Massage

This exercise gently stimulates the lymphatic system, stimulating the drainage of lymph fluid and thus removing toxins.
Tip: You can also combine this exercise with applying our DAYTOX Facial Toner. Simply apply it to two cotton pads and wipe over your face.
1. Place your index and middle fingers in the center of your forehead.
2. Move outwards over the forehead to the temple, then smooth along the sides of the face and along the neck.
3. Repeat twice.
Face Yoga Exercise 5: The Ear Stroker

Earlobes are often overlooked when it comes to personal care. Yet, they contain many nerve endings, making a massage very soothing and relaxing. It's a simple exercise to do in between, for example, when you're feeling a bit tense or nervous.
1. Use your thumb and index finger to grasp each earlobe on one side and apply gentle pressure.
2. Pull your fingers down with gentle pressure.
3. Repeat 5-10 times, depending on how you feel.
